Step into the world of mindfulness with Cam—a teacher who understands both the stresses of professional life and the pursuit of creativity. Cam’s journey with mindfulness began over a decade ago with intensive Vipassana retreats, leading to a dedicated, ongoing practice. Certified as an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher by the Institute for Mindfulness Based Approaches since 2024, and a member of the MBSR-MBCT Verband (the German professional association for mindfulness teachers), Cam brings depth and authenticity to each session.

With a strong background in business marketing and over 10 years of experience in the fast-paced tech industry, Cam is familiar with the challenges and pressures of the modern workplace. Additionally, as a musician, Cam knows firsthand the realities of performing on stage and the need for creative inspiration under pressure.
